eSIM Activation Guide

What is eSIM?
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM that lets you activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. XMR.Company eSIMs provide private, prepaid data connectivity in 200+ countries and regions worldwide.

eSIM works with most modern smartphones, including:
- iPhone XS and newer (all models)
- Google Pixel 3 and newer

Step-by-Step Activation
1. Open Settings
Go to Settings > Cellular (iPhone) or Settings > Connections (Android).
2. Add eSIM
Tap 'Add Cellular Plan' (iPhone) or 'Add eSIM' (Android).
3. Scan QR Code
Scan the QR code displayed on your purchase confirmation screen. Hold your phone at a comfortable distance.
4. Label & Activate
Give your plan a label (e.g., 'Travel Data') and set it as your default for mobile data if desired.
5. Connect
Your eSIM will activate automatically when you reach your destination. Data works immediately.
Troubleshooting
- QR code not scanning? Try increasing screen brightness. You can also download the QR image and email it to your phone.
- No data after arrival? Toggle Airplane Mode off and on, or manually select your carrier under Network Settings.
- Can I keep my primary SIM active? Yes. eSIM works alongside your physical SIM. Set the eSIM as your data line while keeping your primary number active for calls and texts.
