Managing Your Plan
Purchase & Install
Buy a plan from the eSIM tab, scan the QR code, and you're connected. Takes under 2 minutes.
Running Low or Expiring?
There's no top-up or extend option on an existing eSIM — buy a fresh plan for the country you need from the eSIM tab and install it alongside (or in place of) the old one.
Multiple Plans
Every plan you buy stays listed under Transactions and in your account, so you can install several eSIMs and switch between them as needed.
Important Notes
- Install the eSIM before you travel. Scanning a QR code requires internet — download it to your phone beforehand.
- Your eSIM activates automatically when it connects to a supported network in the destination country.
- Keep your physical SIM active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data.
