The short version.

We issue you a random 16-character account number. It is both your identifier and your login credential. There is no email, phone, or password to recover it. If you lose the number, the account is unrecoverable — we cannot reset it for you. You are solely responsible for keeping it safe.

Crypto exchanges, eSIM provisioning, and gold orders are fulfilled by third-party providers (SideShift, ChangeNOW, Exolix, NOWPayments, eSIM Access, and others). We route your request to them; their terms and service quality apply. We are not liable for funds lost to provider failures, network congestion, or addresses you enter incorrectly. Always double-check destination addresses.

You agree not to use XMR.Company for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or funding proscribed activity. We do not collect KYC, but we will cooperate with lawful legal process that compels us to act.

We collect no personal data: no email, no phone, no name. Server logs are minimal and rotated. The account number is stored as your account identifier; session cookies are httpOnly and expire in 30 days. We do not sell or share data because there is none to sell.

We may update these terms or discontinue any feature (including the whole service) with reasonable notice. If we break something, we will try to fix it; we will not be liable beyond the fees you actually paid us in the last 12 months.
